Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with your purchases is our utmost priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to protect your consumer rights :) With this policy in placed, we hope to serve you better.
When you received damaged or faulty products, or decide do not want the products any more:
- Please contact us immediately within 7 working days from the date you receive your purchases.
- We will revert to you soonest to assist you.
- Once the return is approved, please return the product.
- When we received your returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you whether the return goods are acceptable.
- If the returned goods are acceptable, we will take up to 14 working days to process your refund.
